I'm new here and I don't understand at all how it works.

I mean, the procedure for a string to make it to the stock translation.

If you've been translating on OpenAtrium, it's pretty clear there: anyone can suggest a translation on the website, then it has to be approved and it is pushed to every user. But here, I'm not sure.

Where do most the translation suggestions come from? The localize clients? The people that come here and suggest translations? Where can one do that? I haven't found.

Can you pls provide step to step procedure of how we can provide our translations here?
I guess this would be very helpful for a newcomer here.
